Brand Debuts at No. 67, Recognized for Menu Changes and Interior Redesign
DENVER – Smiling Moose Rocky Mountain Deli was named one of the fast casual industry’s most significant brands of the year, earning the no. 67 spot on the 2016 Fast Casual Top 100 Movers & Shakers list. The recognition comes on the heels of the brand overhaul Smiling Moose underwent in 2015, and the company’s acquisition by Growler USA earlier this year.

This is the first time Smiling Moose Rocky Mountain Deli has been named to the Movers & Shakers list. Part of its recognition is due to its recent menu update, which offers guests increased variety, along with lower-calorie, lower-fat, vegetarian and gluten-free options. In May, the brand rolled out an Over 20 Under 600 menu to showcase favorites that deliver adventure in every bite, with flavorful, hearty portions made from the freshest ingredients.

Smiling Moose has 16 units across seven states, with plans to reach 100 locations by 2020.
