Smiling Moose Deli to Undergo Rebranding Campaign – Denver Eater

The sandwich spot will start looking a bit different come 2016.

The Smiling Moose Deli is changing its name and look starting next year to align with its Colorado roots and identity. The 12 year old deli, popular for its sandwiches and subs, will become The Smiling Moose Rocky Mountain Deli, a change that will cover all 19 in and out of state locations. The interior redesign will bring more natural materials — wood, iron piping and steel — plus imagery on the walls of trees and maps of the Rocky Mountains, along with boot prints and moose tracks.

In addition, a menu redesign will take place, with around 20 new or reimagined items. An expansion will bring two new flagship Colorado stores, one in the town of Wynkoop, one in Edwards, set to open sometime in early 2016.
