Fast-Casual Spot in Eau Claire Re-Opens Wednesday, May 18
Eau Claire, Wis. (May 18, 2016) – Smiling Moose fans will soon be shouting, “I got a Mo!” when Smiling Moose Rocky Mountain Deli hosts its re-opening celebration on Wednesday, May 18. The Eau Claire store, located at 329 Riverfront Terrace, is under new ownership.
The Eau Claire Smiling Moose is now under the ownership of Liza McLean and Nathan Everson, who also operate four franchise locations between the two of them in Fargo, Watford and Williston, North Dakota. The two hope to open additional Smiling Moose Rocky Mountain Delis throughout the Midwest region in the coming years.
“The fun atmosphere and fresh menu options make Smiling Moose a go-to spot for guests looking for a unique dining experience,” said McLean. “We are excited to introduce a revamped Smiling Moose Deli to the Eau Claire community that will serve guests for many years to come.”
New and loyal Eau Claire Smiling Moose fans will notice an updated interior, as well as all-day breakfast offerings and more than 20 new menu items, like the Wicked Wasabi Tuna Salad, featuring avocado mash, cucumber, arugula and wasabi mayo on a ciabatta bun, and the Buffalo Bleu Wrap, which has grilled chicken, house-made bleu cheese coleslaw and tangy hot sauce. The restaurant will also offer its “Over 20 Under 600” calories menu.
Inspired by the adventuresome spirit of the Rocky Mountains, Smiling Moose delivers unique, bold flavor combinations served by a lively, engaging team. Guests can explore a wide variety of satisfying, house-made options that range from chopped salads and mouthwatering grilled or cool sandwiches, to savory soups, wraps and breakfast sandwiches.
